"So much not ok here. The manager is joking about being petty and pouring drinks out in front of customers as a way to get back at the customer for returning drinks made wrong. The joking and passive aggressive comments could be heard in lobby while I was waiting for my food. My food came back poor quality, stale and tasteless. The lobby was dirty. Every table had food and slime on it. The manager appears to not care and not only encouraged catty behaviors (by role modeling it) but also was witnessing staff say inappropriate things and giggled about it. This is a sketchy run store, with terrible customer service and a nasty lobby. I'm curious how this branch is staying open? I Do they have a District manager? How often does that District manager visit or stay here? Just feels very rouge and redneck. Do not recommend."
"Got double charged for my drink. Initially, Darla one of the employees was very rude and threw a gift card at me and told me to leave. When I asked to speak with the manager, Max (manager) came out and was very helpful and approachable, as well as another employee named Evan, both were great to deal with and made sure I was taken care of. Overall, Max saved the experience, although I think it may be beneficial that he find some better employees. Would recommend this location, just avoid dealing with Darla at all costs."
"Best experience at a Starbucks ever! Corrina absolutely made our day and made sure we will be coming back anytime we need a Starbucks fix. The whole crew while we were here was honestly rad, the drinks were on point and we left in an even better mood then when we arrived."
"This location refuses to use personal cups through the drive thru. What's the point of having them if you aren't allowed to use them? Maybe it's a regional thing- I am a former starbucks employee and we always would allow the use of personal cups and we would make the drink in the milk pitcher so we could just pour it in when the person got to the window. Not hard- especially for cold brew which is all I ordered. There are two employees who work most days that are really upbeat and kind, but otherwise the staff is typically pretty cantankerous and it gives the store an off-putting vibe."
