"Very helpful with their battery diagnostic tester in helping me determine what was going on with my car's battery. Battery prices also seem very reasonable. [Update 11-10-2023] Called yesterday and spoke to Bob over the phone. One thing led to another and before I knew it he as answering all kinds of questions with his vast amount of experience -- very helpful and a big value-add to their business. Went in later in the day for a part that was out of stock and they were able to get it for me the following morning! Very fast! Placed a couple orders online recently, too -- to pick up in the store and they've always arrived on time. They even give you a call to let you know your order has arrived. Great service!"
"Have been putting off getting a new low beam for my headlights and stopped by the auto shop this morning to have one installed but they didn't have any in stock. Swung over to Napa on the other side of the freeway and it took me less than 5 minutes to purchase, including the amount of time it took for one of the employees to install it for me. (Also a little biased because Napa means bellybutton in Finnish, and my Grandpa used to wear a Napa ball cap for the longest time.)"

"Friendly helpful staff. Went in to get some brake clean, and they have some of the lowest prices on brake clean I have seen. It is an off brand but I will give it a try. Only $1.93 with tax. They have popcorn inside, and used oil return outside in the parking lot. Pretty big store with some larger quantities of items, for more industrial customers. They have a separate wholesale counter for businesses to use."
