"We got spoiled living 25 years in Northern California, where great Mexican restaurants were on almost every corner, and for the most part, since moving back to WA, we've been very disppointed by the quality of the Mexican restaurants here. Not th case with Taqueria San Jose. Food quality and flavor are excellent. Perhaps not as spicy hot as I'd prefer, but still much better than any other place we've tried in Grays Harbor County. Highly recommended!"

"I have to admit that I've been hesitant to visit these guys since they moved from the mall because when you drive by the restaurant building, it appears to be very small with complicated parking. This is NOT the case! There is space enough for several groups of people to sit down. The ladies at the front counter were very polite and helpful. I ordered my old favorite, the taco salad. It was just as good as I remember it. Flavorful and plenty of meat and rice. We will definitely go back again."

"The #1 my husband ordered was AMAZING, every bite was seasoned to perfection and made us want more! The salsa and chips were good And the hot sauce was smoky, spicy and delicious However the Birria Queso Tacos were not at all our favorite. The consume wasn’t very flavorful The cheese was excessive The meat was bland and full of gristle and fat! I’d go back and get the #1 again FOR SURE!"
