"I was one of two customers in the store with three people working behind the counter. I stood waiting for service for nearly 10 minutes. When an employee finally became available I expressed my concern about their customer service. The mid-20's employee immediately began to educate me why the others could not assist. I responded that they should know to acknowledge the waiting customers. This is the second time at University Place location that the employees here treat you like it is a privilege to spend money there. Get better training or better employees. Maybe I will try this store again in a year. The older gentleman who works evenings is good. The younger employees are lacking."

"The parking is a little cramped, but not awful. There are usually spaces available close by. The store is always clean and the staff is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The selection is decent for being smaller than a usual autozone. I would suggest this autozone if you live close by."
