"They suck at patching tires. First one I had patched, tire ended up separating and I needed two new tires. Brought it in again cause I had a flat, they “patched” it, woke up with a flat tire. I know it’s free and all, but you lost my business from ever needing a set a tires. You guys need some training in patching tires I think."

"Staff is super friendly and efficient. I had tires that were not from them on my truck (from previous owner). Had a very low tire. They could have just refilled the air in the tire and been on my way. However, they thought that they should check to see why the tire was low on air, which I appreciated. No pressure to buy their products/tires, just great service. They fixed the tire (small nail in it) and did not charge me for anything! Great customer service. I am a customer and will continue to be, plus I will buy their products when needed because of the great service that they give every time I have an issue."

"I purchased 2 new front tires. This time around the service was quick. I barely had enough time to enjoy a cup of cocoa and some popcorn, courtesy of Les Schwabs. Yes I love it here 60% because of the service and the other 50% due to the popcorn and drinks on the house. Fast service and food, who could ask for more?! Drive safe."

"I've had nothing but high praise for this location. I've tooken all my vehicles here. I had some work done on my vehicle. I needed an alignment. I took my car there and the alignment was so bad. It was eating my tire by the second. The guy said my ball joint was going out and refused to at least get the tire so they weren't just eating each other. I had my young daughter with me. My wife just passed away. This is my only vehicle to get my kids around. I could not believe that he wouldn't help me out just a little bit to at least point the tires in somewhat of the same direction by the time I got home. I'm very surprised that my tire did not explode and I would have been stuck on the side of the road with my young daughter. I will never go to this place ever again. I cannot believe the service from the person who helped me. It was a very scary ride there and I saw my tire while I was at this location. Hoping and praying I would make it home. I am now stuck at home without a driving vehicle they wouldn't even try as far as I'm concerned they sent me and my daughter out of there knowing there was a good chance we would not make it home"
