Understanding that inventory of a thrift store is dependent on donations from the community, I won't fault Windfall for not having anything of interest to me. What is troublesome for me is the prices. I travel a lot and thrifting is a hobby, Windfall seems to have the highest prices on low quality items. I never tried haggling a price down, maybe that's how you get an appropriate deal."
