"Everyone came and went as I waited for my easy black cold brew. My friends and I joked that I’m cursed as the entire place cleared out and we were stuck staring at the counter wondering. No employee asked can we help, despite being the only ones left in the place- again, just STARING. WAITING. I should have known when the lady in front of me had her drink remade literally three times cause it was wrong every time and the staff kept blaming one another."

"coffee was alright. I shouldn't have to tell the cashier that I'm lactose intolerant when I ask for oat milk in order for them to take me seriously. Asked for oat milk in my coffee, didn't mention the lactose intolerant thing, and now I'm in intense pain so methinks they put in regular milk"
