"I initially went to a different shop for an estimate. The man saw my truck and said " ah that's not too bad".. Even helped me get the hood open with tools. Wrote me up and estimate for labor which was $500 give or take. Said I could order my own parts or have his guy do it for me online and I was on my way. Went to Morks they immediately acted like it was bad, tried to tell me I had a broken headlight which was totally fine literally brand new, wrote a huge list, and when I asked if I could get a ballpark estimate, twice for labor they said no way it'll take a long time to figure all this out. Had to leave my truck there too so.. Went with the first honest guy. Got sketch vibes from them and left immediately."

"Went to Morks to get a bumper replaced, headlight changed, & an alignment. Got quoted for $1700 final charge after taxes and would take 2-3 days. After dropping off my car got a phone call an hour later saying my impact bar was damaged and would be another $200 charge cool no big deal. Well the 2-3 days ended up being almost 3 weeks and when I finally got the car they ended up charging me $2300. Then I drove the car and they never even changed out the headlight or did the alignment. When I called them the following day Mork told me he would have to schedule me for a week later and still charge me an additional charge. Owner was very rude and did want to right the situation. I was Navy at the time and didn’t know the area went to the first shop i found with decent reviews. After this experience and talking with other people in the area found out this is a common occurrence with this business. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"Andrew definitely pulled a fast one on me. However it's mostly my fault. I should have ask for a written estimate rather than take his word for it. $25000 was the estimate the work was to take a few months yet some how it took well over a year and cost me over $50,000. I'm finding a lot of the work was not done properly and spending a lot of time making repairs myself. The doors leak. the floor pops up and down when I driver over pot holes/bumps in the road I could go on for ever pointing out mistakes/shoty craftsmanship. Took the truck back to him several times so he could fix it however he refused to do so. So I refused to make the last payment until the doors were fixed so that rain water doesn't damage my new carpet that all so looks terrible don't fit sags/not installed correctly like I said I could go on and on about mistakes. Then he took me to collections because I refused to pay him until the job was done right .My truck was not done the way I wanted. Andrew would tell me every thing I wanted to hear and then just did what ever he wanted."
