"Amazing, superb, 10/10. I have never, and I mean never had such an outstanding automotive maintenance experience in my life. Marcus and his technician Phillip both provided an absolutely top notch service from the second I called on the phone to when I drove away. (Same day mind you) These folks go above and beyond, exhibiting great technical expertise and providing explanations and recommendations in a way that even a non technical person could comprehend and make an informed decision. The software they currently use is quite interesting, where they go to the effort of taking pictures before, after and of all issues on the vehicle. This information is then scanned and processed in an electronic invoicing system right to your finger tips via email, text or website. This whole process leaves zero gaps in accountability and also gives the end user peace of mind. I'll end with repeating my first statement, amazing, superb, 10/10."

"This review is long over due as we have been using Willands for our auto repair needs for years. Everything from basic maintenance to performance upgrades to “what the heck is that noise?!” The staff has been excellent with all of our vehicles and has always treated us with the upmost respect when explaining issues that are unclear to our non mechanic brains. The service is always timely and any bumps in the road are always communicated. We also appreciate the extensive record keeping that is done as well, including pictures and detailed information. I couldn’t tell you if the pricing is comparable to elsewhere as what we pay at Willands is well worth the expertise, friendly service from all the staff and the peace of mind that our vehicles and our kids vehicles are in good hands."

"I took my car here for an oil change after getting recommendations from my neighbors. A different auto shop recommended that I also needed to replace my brake pads and rotors, but the folks at Willands said I didn’t need any any expensive maintenance just yet because I have really low mileage on my car. Service at Willands was fast and friendly."

"Tried to tell me my catalytic converter needed replaced and it DID NOT. When I asked if I could have the old cat they said NO, which alarmed me enough to get a second opinion, which turned out to be a really good idea because the cats weren't the issue! You guys need to listen to your potential clients better -some of us know what we're talking about! Never again, sorry. (Added below 10/28 in response to reply) Okay, to be fair, I do not think you're "crooks' I just didn't get good info from employees maybe, and was informed several times that your mechanics "don't talk to customers". This made me extremely uncomfortable beings as there is a direct correlation between the work to be done and my livelihood/safety and I was not feeling any compassion from your rep. Don't know if it was just a bad day for the person, but regardless, it's an upsetting thing to hear the person(s) wrenching on my ride either don't want to or aren't allowed to talk to me. Then to complicate things further, I was told I could NOT have the cat, not that I could have it if I paid the core on the new part for "x" amount more dollars. The estimate was $2200 for just cat replacement and online I learned a new installed cat on my ride ranged from $500-$1400, installed, and this included genuine Ford cat +installation for $1400. (That is with no core) So, please explain this. To be fair, I do know you've done other work on the van very well, albeit kind of steep on the man hours (when compared to average hours for that job-thank you google for price comparison information). Look, I don't want to slander anyone, I'm just telling you some of your people need to work on customer service, giving correct estimate info, and possibly staying on task to keep man hours in range of "factory spec". Let it be known that this establishment is a solid member of the community with a great amount of respect from the community -so please, be kind to us esp when we need it. Thanks for listening."
