"One of my favorite Kwik Trips in West Bend. 2/29/2024 I ordered for delivery. I had the best breakfast sandwich ever! I had the taste on my memory all day. I didn't expect this to be so good. The waffle bun wasn't overly sweet. Everything was a perfect combination. Waffle Breakfast Sandwich Sausage, egg and cheese on a waffle bun 2/9/2024 I found another reason this Kwik Trip is my favorite. I tried the order online and delivery service. I received everything I ordered and it was delivered on time. The Door Dash delivery person was polite and followed my instructions. Overall experience- Lots of space for parking, enough gas pumps and easy to get through the parking lot. Good staff, even at 2:30 in the morning. I had an issue with the shake machine, 2 team members took the time to troubleshoot it and get it back online. I'm always confused which Kwik Trip I'm at, because all 5 in West Bend look alike, I have to look out the window to remember where I am. I wish Kwik Trip had pay through the app or self checkout so I don't have to stand in line and deal with frustrated cashiers. Please add another level of Kwik to Kwik Trip."
"Terrible series by Beth the long hair chick with glasses on 12-20-2023. Gave me attitude and was snotty because I had 100 bill that their atm gave out. Also had a 50 that it gave out and she didn't wanna check me out cause I didn't have smaller. Terrible customer service over something not in my control. YOUR ATM gave me those bills smh"
"Usually I love Kwik Trips. This one had relatively friendly staff. Clean store and large parking lot. The chicken sandwich I got was pretty dry unfortunately. I still love Kwik Trips nonetheless!"
