"Grooming has gone very down hill. Made a complaint about how horrible my dogs nails were cut, expressed disappointment and asked if they could be touched up. Recieved a call over a week later, I already took care of it at that point. Brought my dog back in a few weeks later only for the same groomer to let us stand there almost 10 minutes only to tell us that due to my complaint on how they were cut last time she wasn't comfortable cutting his nails and made it a point to tell my husband that she has 10 years experience! Gave us the option to come back to have the other groomer cut them... NO THANK YOU! If you're not comfortable in your 10 years experience in cutting a dog's nails after you botched them the last time just say that! Also, don't pretend like you might be able to cut them only to tell the customer almost 10 minutes later you're not comfortable. She knew when we walked in she wasn't going to cut them, pretty unprofessional."

"Danielle did a fantastic job trimming and buffing my dog, Lila's, nails! Lila's nails were quite long and the trim and buff looks great! On top of that, Lila had an exposed quick on her right front paw and Danielle took the time to educate me that the quick was drying up as it should be and that I shouldn't have anything to worry about. Danielle also did a great job working with Lila. Lila is quite shy around new people and Danielle took the time to get down to her level and make her feel comfortable. What a great first experience at the Janesville Petco!"
