"I have used FF for boarding many times before and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time I went to drop my dog off at 7am (I confirmed twice and I got a confirmation text) and no one showed up. I finally left at 7:40am and had to scramble to find someone to watch my dog as I was extremely late for my flight. No one bothered to call me back after I left several messages. :("
"Our Goldendoodle Chai loves his trips to the Flying Fur. He especially loves doggy day care where he gets to play with a great mix of dogs and breeds. I secretly think he likes his grooms and baths too. Hannah, Laura, Kat and Jenny have all taken great care of him! We have also utilized the self-service You Wash. What a great way to get our good boy clean without making a mess in our own bathroom."
