"Its not really the fault of the staff but this location is always pretty busy. Ive tried going in at 3am, 12am, 2 in the afternoon..doesn’t matter. If you prefer a quieter place id go to a different location. East capital and 57th and capital are both really good for people who want a bit more privacy."
"The crowd meter on the app doesn't give the correct approximation on most weekday evenings which are actually very high in number; broken machines don't always have signs placed on them; way too many guests lounging on equipment on their cellphones, just sitting on them, not utilizing them, while others are waiting to use them; no "policing" of equipment/usage by staff, or signs posted to respectfully use & be mindful of time on the equipment, I almost hate going there after work because I can hardly ever get on the machines I am interested in...... ***Nessage Response to the Planet Fitness Owner > Prior to writing my review, I spoke to who appeared today have been a manager & she said that she would speak to staff about trying to walk around more & check things out, but I have yet to see any changes or improvements, just hoping things will get better, no guest should have to wait extremely long times to utilize any piece of equipment, and/or not feeling as though we aren't getting full worth out of our paid membership, I'm just saying.......***"
"I have been in the gym crowd since 1986. Vic Tanny became Balleys, became Blast, and then my membership was transferred to Planet Fitness. My introvert nature has me workout at 2am. Planet Fitness supplies equipment, but has always suffered with finding a decent crew. The gym and locker room are always an abysmal mess while the workers nap in the back room or just talk to their friends whom they let in without memberships. FINALLY they got it right. Jo Jo and Kaili, on the night crew are the BEST hires. If the owner is paying them the same wages as all the horrid predecessors, they might want to rethink it. They are worth far far more than all of the free loaders they have had in the past combined. Please do not lose these two. They are great. Forever, I have been wanting to hammer Planet Fitness with a 1 Star Review, but it is not in my nature. This is a well deserved 5 Star Review for Jo Jo and Kaili."
