"The staff (working on Thursday July 27th, around 4:00 p.m), after charging my credit card, could NOT "locate" a shirt I needed to wear on Sunday, July 30th... I was told by the two staff members working, "O well this happens", "maybe was "given" to the wrong person", etc... The two employees working at that time seemed to think my issue was "just a joke"... Well, after being treated like that (as I have worked retail in the past), I became LIVID based on the EMPLOYEES RESPONSE... When I asked to speak to a manager I was told NO..... In addition, the male employee THREATENED ME BY CALLING THE POLICE IF I WOULD NOT LEAVE THE STORE!!! After driving a total distance of about 20 (round trip), I asked for money for my time , and gas, and was LAUGHED AT, and again 'THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME...."!! Apparently, if "accidents happen" (basically my shirt was given to another person), THE BUSINESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS??? What REALLY MADE ME ANGRY IS HOW THE TWO EMPLOYEES WORKING AT THE TIME STATED ABOVE HANDLED THE ISSUE.... I only thank God that i did not bring my Mom's fur coat to get cleaned, because that may have gone "missing" also... BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY (assuming you want your cloths returned)... In addition, i have using Royal Cleaners FOR WELL OVER 20 YEARS, and HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY AN EMPLOYEE... After this issue is resolved, I WILL NEVER EVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH MY PROPERTY... AGAIN... BEWARE..."
