"I left my 180 dollar parka with them to clean on Tuesday and when I got back on Wednesday I noticed one of my buttons on the coattail had been completely ripped off. They did do a repair on it, however the quality of the repair is subpar at best. I can't even replace this item as it's sold out now. I would have expected an apology at the minimum but never received that or any sort of compensation besides them doing the repair. I'm sorry, but you guys lost me as a customer. Edit: they did repair my parka properly in the end and refunded me. May try using them again in the future but still just cautious at this point."
"First time, suit coat with specific tiny spot to be removed. picked up & was still there. Shirts were to be folded, were hung & full of black fuzz. Nothing that I specifically asked for was done. Terrible service."

"This was the first time I have used Klinke Zip n Stitch. I had an old ski jacket that needed a zipper replaced. They did a wonderful job--I wouldn't have known that this was a replaced zipper if I wasn't aware of it. There was also a rip in the sleeve that they took care of at no extra charge. A nice surprise! I am taking a second jacket to them today to replace another zipper. Highly recommend this place--excellent work!"
