"Kirk was great! He arrived even earlier then expected and from start explained the process how everything is going to go. Since the house is 2 story with full basement, Kirk and I walked to see every vent to insure that everything will get cleaned properly. From the moment I contacted about 10 duct cleaning companies, Mr. Duct were the first to reply and ask questions to provide me with a proper estimate. From all companies, Mr. Duct was the only reasonable estimate we received. The office staff followed up with me and set up an appointment when it was convenient for me. This is a new house for us, which was built in 1978 and the previous owner probably never had his air ducts cleaned, as there was so much garbage, dust bunnies, leaves, etc... that came out. Now that there's going to be clean fresh air to breath, can actually move in. Thank you very much!
