"I would not even give them 1 star. My husband brought a pair of wide leg pants that I had worn 2-3 times to this cleaner that we had been using over 6 years. They came back with a crease down the middle of the wide legs, which his employees managed to make. We brought them back to remove it. I then put them on to wear and there was a fairly large stain down the front of right leg that was not there when brought in. They then recleaned them and it was still there. I have been dry cleaning my clothes long enough in life to know that if you bring an item in with a spot you point it out upon drop off. The pants were recleaned and the spot was still there. Then we spoke to the owner and once again he said he will take care of it and cleaned them personally AGAIN a 4th time. I purchased the pants in November. This back and forth began in January. Now it is almost March. The owner had sent them away somewhere to have the stain ‘analyzed’. He wouldn’t share the email results with my husband but said it was something that didn’t come from his business. This is not as much about my pants but it is the total and complete lack of customer service and taking responsibility. He became rude, disrespectful and belligerent over a mistake made on his watch. My husband and I both work with the public. His behavior became absolutely appalling! I have never written a negative review, but all this would have taken is a simple apology and some type of offer, not the request never to come back to his business again..which I suggest others don’t either!"

"I've had quite a few items cleaned with this Ogden Cleaners and I am typically satified with the cleaning. I recently dropped off several items to be cleaned including a coat. I pick up my items and perhaps a week later I decide to wear the coat and notices the zipper is damaged. The zipper now separates from the bottom once it is zipped up. The coat is fairly new and I had zero issue with the zipper prior to getting it cleaned. I contact the store and that is where they lost me as a customer. After some back and forth with the clerk I decided to stop over, provided the coat tag because my receipt, their invoice of items received, copy of my bank statement showing payment and a photo of my items on their counter (how I recall what I dropped off) wouldn't suffice. I was told that the small tag that is attached to the coat is required or the owner wouldn't help. I waited a week after not hearing anything and a woman tells me she didn't know anything about my complaint. Suggest I drop off the coat which I did. A few days later I get a call that they didn't damage the coat, it is normal wear and tear and they will not be responsible for it. I explained that the coat was not given to them the way it was returned. Again told they didn't do it and will not be responsible for it. So because they refused to accept responsiblity for the way they returned my coat, I will never patronize them again."

"I received my curtains back from Ogden with all 4 of them having shrunk. Fine, that can happen. Then I notice that one has 3 inch holes and rips all across it. I take it back in and finally, on my third visit, was able to speak to the manager via phone (after the kind employee handed me the phone after he started yelling at her) and asked for a refund for the cleaning. I thought a refund was a reasonable request considering they actually destroyed it. Instead, the manager was hysterical. He accused me of trying to nickel and dime his family business. He actually went as far as to threaten to call the police on me for blackmailing and said he would ruin my reputation when I said I would just leave a google review. I really started to laugh when he said that he was a religious man and he knew I would have to answer for this sin someday. I’m sure I’ll have actual sins to answer to. I mean, there is a reason this place makes you pay at drop off instead of pickup. Just choose a different dry cleaner."

"Several weeks ago I took my comforter in to be laundered. When I was told it would take a week I explained that it only needs to be washed in a machine and dried in a dryer but was told they use a special process. When I got it back the following week it was lumpy; each square was bunched up. I returned it and they said they would do it again. When I picked it up the second time it was not any better. I spoke to the owner on the phone who said it was the best they could do. He told me to take is someplace else but it is ruined and no one is going to be able to fix it. I asked for my money back that I paid to have it done - which I thought was generous because they really should replace it – and he refused. I thought the man was going to have a heart attack he was so excited. After reading reviews they seem to do this a lot – when someone has a problem they take no responsibility for it. I would not recommend them and will never use them again."
