"Zero stars. Received a bill for a January service that did not happen. The tech just said he came by but did not. A call to customer support confirmed this. Asked for a site visit by a supervisor who observed that our bait stations had not been serviced in many months if not years, even though we were being billed for it. So, what happens? I get told that the same tech would keep coming and was quoted more that $1,000 for bait stations and added services to address problems caused by their poor performance. And I'm still getting a bill for the January service that didn't happen - only marked past due."

"The service was at my daughter's house. She had an unwanted guest up in her attic who was chewing its way through her ceiling to join the family. We called Terminix and they came quickly and set traps. Once the roof was repaired, there was no more commotion in the attic."

"I contacted Terminix through their website which said they would send a technician to our home free of charge to perform an inspection, explain appropriate services and quote a price. I was given an appointment date and window. The day before the appointment, the area Technician (based in Waukesha WI) called me. He asked how many bedrooms I had, told me he could come out five days after the appointment I had been given, and that I would need to pay $1,800 in advance of him coming out. I asked what happened to the free inspection appointment I had been given and he said, "I'm not going to argue about when I come out. I'm busy and I make my appointments". I asked how he can quote $1,800.00 before coming out for the inspection and he said "Too many bad apples". His attitude and customer service skills were abhorrent. I certainly WOULD NOT suggest contracting with Terminix, at least not for services in Southeastern Wisconsin."

"Liars and Thieves, the management of this facility is an absolute disgrace. They scheduled a tech that was on Bereavement to service my house for a follow up because their treatment wasn't working, and never notified he or I. They never rescheduled my service. Then they scheduled me to pay for an extra service. I decided to cancel, even took my payment card off file. Mind you I had 2 services not rendered. They charged me anyways under the table to my credit card that I am now disputing. What a horrible and scummy way to treat a customer. I've called multiple times, and have been assured I wouldn't be charged, and my account was cancelled, and they boned me anyways. Find someone else. The manager doesn't even have the courtesy to reach out, after telling the technician and customer service they would contact me. Absolute joke. Go with someone else who won't steal your money."
