"I waited 10 mins to talk to someone. Finally a lady came up and I explained I wanted colorful flowers for my wife and that I needed something really pretty. She pointed me to some vases ranging from $75 to $165. I asked about custom-made assortment and she said she couldn't, I thought it was because of Valentine's Day. As I looked for something else, she went to another guy behind me who had just got there and he asked for almost the same thing. She then went and started picking flowers out to custom make him one based on what he wanted. When I told her that I wanted a custom one, basically the same thing, she then said that one of her colleagues could help me but she was busy with another customer. I'm sure the gentleman behind me would give this place five stars, but unfortunately I can only give it 1 star and that's only because I have to. If my employee treated my customer like that, I would be looking for a new employee."
