"I have had to use this facility due to our home washing machine breaking down & waiting for delivery of our new one. I honestly hope this is the last time I have to use it. Came in around 11am, dog hair all over the floor, carpets are dirty, 3 of the dryers do not work, and there’s no phone number listed to contact management/owners. The previous time I was here the air wasn’t on nor the fans (that are very dirty) were going. It was cooler outside @ 85 degrees then it was inside. This place has really gone down hill."
