La Crosse Floral

"Don't use them. They over charged me for my daughter's funeral. Beautiful wind chimes. Cost 85$ in the store . Had them adda few fresh flowers and the charge me $315 to add flowers . Everything I ordered they did this. Ended up with a bill for 1900$. Tried to talk with the person involved and she was screaming at me in the store saying it was accurate. And said flowers are expensive. Mind you we got about 10 items from this florist. Nothing extravagant.... a stepping stone that retails for $25 in the store she charged us $269... And told me too late . That it's been a year. It will be a year in July. And it's a complicated estate. We are trying to get bills paid. So I asked for a itemized list. She just kept screaming at me and told me to leave. I dingged their bell on te counter and she poked her head out of her office saying your still here. Leave. Wow !!!! Incredibly rude person. I called her several times over the past few days only to be ignored. She sent the bill to the funeral home to be added to the final bill. They paid her so I will have to take her to court to get this settled. Wow if losing my daughter hasn't been hard enough now I have to deal with this rude uncaring person. Don't go through this person. There other great florist in town that will treat you with respect and not charge you 400$ for a wind chimes that cost $85 and 316$ to add a few flowers. I ordered 2 . So times that bytwo $800. For two wind chimes. She did this to everything I bought . I'm beyond sad."

"The owner was extremely rude from the moment I walked into the shop. She seemed put out that she had to look up my order since I did not receive a confirmation. She said she had called to ask about the order and I explained that I had not received a call or a message from them and she had the audacity to literally yell at me stating “I have the paper where I wrote the times I called!”. Needless to say, I did not complete my order with her. I went to Cottage Garden Floral and ordered a beautiful arrangement and did not get an owner with a nasty attitude."

"I love this shop! Super pleasant shopping experience. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The garden center is open now with mandatory masks. No big deal. They have everything you would want in every price range. I found a young plant to replace one of my faves that the kids killed while I was on a trip.... So happy"

"You should be ashamed! If I could give you zero stars I certainly would. The photo on the right is what I ordered, the photo on left is what my Valentine received. I understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made, however this has nothing similar in it. I spent $91.00 to have my friend receive this bouquet I could have purchase at WalMart for $7.99 and stuck it in a vase. Not only should you be ashamed you should be terribly embarrassed by this floral arrangement. Thanks for spoiling our special day. So disappointed, Pete Fairchild"
