We had bought her bogo package awhile back and the job was never finished. Do not recommend. Save your money. "Like a breath of fresh air! I started using this company recently and feel like a weight has been lifted! They were quick to respond, got me in the schedule and dug in. The two staff (shout out to Ashley and Tony) were very friendly and extremely professional. We left the house to stay out of the way and when we came home it was shiny and sparkling. I signed on for a year with no hesitation. They checked back with me that evening. And the most important of all; they are really good, genuine, and caring people!"

"$250 Deep Clean + $30 Tip. Honestly we weren't even sure anyone had even stopped by to clean. They also completely skipped 2 bedrooms and our basement living space that were slotted to be cleaned. Their response was polite and apologetic, but I was told that they don't do furniture and that the deep clean which included baseboards is not a deep clean of the baseboards.. They offered to have someone come and finish the things they hadn't done, but after waiting for email responses and trying to see when they could fit us in, we just requested a refund instead. It has now been several weeks waiting for even a calculation of what they are willing to refund since they said they did a portion of the clean. 2 months since we hired them. I can completely empathize with their excuses that were given of poor quality due to loss of staff, lack of response because they are in homes to make up for it, or that there was a miscommunication to the staff about what should be cleaned...however we hired them for our son's birthday party and not only did we end up having to do double of what we had planned on preparing for the weekend (which took away from family time and enjoyment), but we are also out $280 that could have gone to daycare, presents, bills, etc. I understand that they are a small business but I am a mother, full time employee, and also own a small business so I was really hoping to have something taken off my plate rather than added to it."
