"Brought in a screen print to be framed-left with a potentially damaged print. Buzzed several times for someone to help me at the framing counter before I had to walk up front to have someone sent over. Natalie proceeded to handle my print with bare hands no gloves. I had to request her to put on gloves even though she had already left finger oil on my print. Couldn't really offer anything exciting for the print. Enthusiasm at zero. Will take my print elsewhere. Hopefully she didn't contaminate the print. Treat every customers art as the Mona Lisa whether the customer has a 5 dollar poster or an extremely rare art piece! Don't recommend."
