They left the place spotless, probably the cleanest it’s ever been (definitely cleaner than when we moved in). - Great communication! Got back to me right away and we were able to arrange everything by text (my preference) - Her time estimate was spot on and she was very clear about costs up front - Very reasonably priced! - She was happy to work with the cleaning checklist I got from my rental company - They were able to do a deep carpet cleaning - They were happy to accommodate a few custom requests When they were done I noticed one very small thing that was overlooked (easy to miss if you didn’t live there). Ayesha got her supplies back out and stayed late to finish it herself, no extra charge or anything. She then wanted to triple check with me that I hadn’t noticed anything else, which I hadn’t. She clearly cares a lot about doing a great job and will make sure you’re happy with the results."

"Twin Maid Cleaning Service was so amazing to squeeze me in fairly last-minute. I called on a Tuesday, with a Saturday noon check-out time from our duplex rental, and Ayesha managed to get her crew in on a Friday evening to get the duplex cleaned up in time! I love the good communication we had, so I knew she had other obligations and appointments to schedule around and she knew what my end-all deadline was, we had to reschedule to a later time at last minute, since something came up for her, but I'm just eternally grateful she could make it work. Not to mention, I stopped by while they were working and they really made the whole place sparkle & shine! I could have spent 3-4x longer cleaning with my partner and not had as good of an end product. When it was all done, I didn't even want to wear my shoes inside, the floors were looking so good. And I found the service very reasonably priced, they had two cleaners out for 3 hours and could bring their own cleaning products+ packed their own trash out (a blessing since we are in process of cancelling our trash service there) and I thought it was well worth every penny!!"
