"The hot tub is great. The customer service is not. We bought a new tub, they installed it and one of the jets isn't working. We called the next day when we used it for the first time. We were told they'd call us back. We've called 4 times and haven't received even a call back."

"Paul has been great to work with. Ordered a bit of an oddity, a round Bullfrog tub. Lead time was many months but it arrived right on time. Price was 30% less than the MN dealer. I was convinced using a dealer 150 miles away was going to hurt me when it came time for warranty or service, however that wasn’t the case at all. They came out to fix a small leak about a week after I reached out."

"I’m so disappointed in this company. They have terrible customer service. I called back in the winter to get on their list to open my pool for the season, at this time I was told they would be opening the first week of may and they would call me when it gets closer. Since I didn’t hear from them by the second week of May I called to follow up on when they would do servicing which they explained was delayed because of a large hot tub shipment they received which is understandable. They said they were hoping to have all the pools opened within a week or so. It’s now the last week of May and I have made many phone calls asking when my pool would be serviced and being told that the boss would call me to put me on the schedule. I planned a pool party for my son in a week with the knowledge that they were planning on opening pools the first week of May which they are aware of. Today when I was told I would be called by the boss and still didn’t receive a phone call I decided to try calling them at 3 different times with no answer. I had my husband call from a different number seconds after they didn’t answer my call and they picked up immediately. After voicing my frustration, they then told me that they go off of work order dates which was created the second week of May when I called to follow up from my original call back in the winter. Even though I corrected them on when the work order should have been created they told me there was nothing they could do. We are now attempting to open the pool by ourselves, hoping it will be ready in time for my sons party. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for anyone with decent customer service and reliability."

"These guys are great! A wicked ice storm while we were traveling left our hot tub without power for several days resulting in frozen pumps. When we returned they walked us through the first steps of thawing things out then were here the next day to check out the damage. Damage was minor and they made the repairs. It is nice to have guys like this that you can count on. We love the Bullfrog tub they recommended, the quality sure paid off."
