I submitted three separate applications for two different apartments managed by your company. Despite having a credit score well above 700 and maintaining a responsible financial record with minimal debt, I was inexplicably denied rental approval for all three applications, citing reasons related solely to my credit history. What deeply concerns me is the lack of transparency and clarity provided by your company regarding the rationale behind these decisions. Despite my earnest inquiries to the apartment managers for clarification on the specific factors leading to the denials, I was met with evasiveness and refusal to disclose any substantive information beyond citing my credit as the sole basis for rejection. This experience has led me to suspect that discriminatory practices may be at play within your company's rental application evaluation process. As a responsible and financially stable individual, I find it unacceptable to be denied housing opportunities without reasonable justification, especially when my creditworthiness exceeds the typical requirements for tenancy. I firmly believe that I have been unfairly subjected to discrimination based on arbitrary and unjust standards, which may contravene fair housing laws and regulations. Discrimination on the basis of credit history, especially when the applicant's credit standing is sound, represents a clear violation of fundamental rights and principles of equal treatment. Therefore, I hereby request a thorough investigation into the handling of my rental applications by Fiduciary Real Estate Company, including a review of your company's policies and procedures pertaining to tenant selection and credit evaluation. Additionally, I demand a formal explanation for the denials of my applications and seek appropriate remedial action to address the harm caused by these discriminatory practices. I trust that you will take prompt and decisive action to address this matter in accordance with the principles of fairness, transparency, and non-discrimination. Failure to do so may compel me to pursue further legal recourse to uphold my rights as a prospective tenant. I expect a timely response to this complaint and look forward to a resolution that ensures equitable treatment for all individuals seeking housing opportunities through your company."

"I’ve lived in the Domain apartments in Madison since 2018. Friendly staff and prompt maintenance have kept me here. Living here is the perfect balance of all the perks of living downtown - being close to everything with amazing views while the courtyard with pool and grill area offers an oasis in the middle of the city. The newly renovated clubhouse is great for entertaining with lots of space and a view of Lake Monona. Happy to call Domain home."

"I have lived at Saddle Brook Apartments (in the condos) three separate times. I have been in my current location since December 2017 and love my unit and my neighbors. The office and maintenance staff are top notch and always very helpful and polite. What I like most about Saddle Brook Apartments is the location. We set back off of Hwy. 164 in a nice, quiet neighborhood on beautiful property. My views are of the wetlands and I love seeing all of the birds and wildlife. I'm proud to call Saddle Brook Apartments my home! :)"

"Awesome place to work! Senior leadership really cares about associates and they're always looking for ways to change up policies to make them better. Very associate-focused, in my opinion, and dedicated to charity, including at times to associates in need. Communities well cared for and a lot of money re-invested to make sure they're kept up over time. Lots of resident events as well, which we can hopefully get back to soon as the impact of the pandemic wanes. Beautiful properties, great associates and good vision overall. Very happy to be part of it! We have a pretty cool job in that we get to help people find their homes. I see some negative posts on here where it seems we may have missed the mark, which certainly happens. This is a company however that embraces a "Lessons Learned" approach, so we can keep improving and providing the best possible home for our residents."
