"I love this jeweler! I have a ring that most people wouldn’t touch due to the setting and I was losing stones. She immediately said she would look at it and fix it. I got it back in a timely manner and she had fixed every problem it had plus more and she charged me less than other quotes I got. My ring looks amazing! She is a true artist. Take a chance on her cause you won’t be disappointed. Her office is in the Artisan Forge building on the first floor which is across Clairemont from Walgreens and Marshfield Hospital. Seriously great artistic vision and work ethic."
"Jacki created a beautiful engagement ring using an heirloom diamond. It is beyond what I expected - her work is amazing! I very rarely leave reviews, but the work of art she created merits it. She used CAD modeling and was very communicative during the design process to ensure all details were correct. I am grateful that we found Jacki - she is easy to work with, communicative, and transparent with timeline and pricing. She even re-sized the ring on-the spot to better accommodate my knobbly knuckles. Thank you, Jacki!"
"I worked with Jacki to turn my old engagement ring into three separate necklaces for my daughters. I absolutely love them. She spent time discussing what I wanted each one to be. She was very communicative about the process and answered any questions (and I had plenty) quickly and patiently. She made the process so easy and much less stressful for me since I knew what I wanted but had no idea how to accomplish it.
