When we finally did get a response she sent us a Quickbooks file set up then had it locked out with a password, she was unprofessional in her emails about giving us to access our company's information. She also never said there was any charges to do this then over 6 months later sends an invoice for the file to be setup we are still unable to access. Needless to say I would NOT recommend her and we wont be using her for our company's business."
