They taught my husband and I a few things about having a pump/well, we’ve always been on the city water and sewer before this home. Thanks so much for your prompt attention and information. "Extremely friendly and courteous. Came right away, learning that our house well pump had stopped working. They tested the electrical lines and quickly confirmed that the pump had indeed gone bad. With the boom truck in place they pulled the old pump. It was seized in the well casing very tight, enough to break the fitting of the pipe that was attached to pull the pump. But they worked as carefully as they could, and fortunately the pump broke free. All replacement parts needed were on the truck, and 2 1/2 hours later, I had well water again. Then they tested and fixed the water tank pressure and switch settings. I can't thank them enough. I would recommend Froemel Well to everyone!!!"
