"DO NOT EVER use Jackson Hewitt. They screw up your taxes even when you question them about it and then tell you too bad it isn't their fault because you didn't pay the $30 fee to cover all of their mistakes. They will tell you that you are getting money back when in fact you owe the state money. Tom did not know what he was doing, he had to keep calling people asking them how to fill it out. They are not informed on current tax laws and deductions you can and can't take. Even after I questioned him on it, he said I was wrong and he was correct. I learned my lesson do my taxes myself don't hire people who don't know what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and save $500 and go somewhere else. Run as fast as you can away from these people! 100% largest refund guaranteed, ha! more like 100% guaranteed to get your taxes done incorrectly and say oh well, not our problem."
