"Schoofs was great to work with - old school type, hard to find - Kevin was really helpful in working with our old plumbing and coming up with tailored solutions, which other companies weren't willing to do (not cut out our original tile, not have to cut through the ceiling below, and help us find faucets that would work with our original laundry sinks). Kevin was really helpful in explaining things to me and I really appreciate all of the time he spent on our project. Frank spent about 6 days at our house and did really excellent work, dealt with the city inspector, and educated us. He had to come back to fix a few dripping soldering areas that we noticed later (which can be hard to get right) and he came back promptly. All payment was made afterwards and matched our quote exactly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already referred them."
