"These guys are the BEST! Walked in expecting to drop off my vacuum for service, and instead (John) had my old DC17 switch and cord fixed in about 20 minutes. They also successfully serviced 2 other customers while I was waiting. It was the best service experience I’ve had in years, and definitely worth the 50 minute drive up to get it done.
