"EDIT #2: After he called to confirm he could come out the next day, he calls us that day of our appointment to tell us the supplier lost the part... Mind you we have paid in FULL and have been waiting on the part since March!!!! Well over 5 months.... Keeping my original review of one star. I called another well known garage repair service company today who stated the repair and part would be a fraction of the cost he charged us and the part would take 6 weeks at most to be ordered. We will see if they Keith and Sons can expedite this process and finish the job we have already paid in full for. EDIT: After my review was posted he called saying he could get there this week. Still would not recommend if this is how they do business but glad they followed through and will complete the repair. We had hired this company top service our garage door back in March. We were told it would be $750 and aprox. 19 weeks till he received the part. The last 2 months we have been trying to get in touch regarding the status of the repair. He ignored emails and never returned our calls. I finally got a hold of him and he conveniently stated that the part was in stock and he just needed to confirm a date for install. However, he couldn't provide me with a firm install date. Beyond exhausted just trying to "babysit" this company to complete a repair that we have paid IN FULL for already. Don't waste your time with this company, they will hold onto your cash and never return back."

"Based on many recommendations in my NextDoor app, used Keith and Sons to repair my very old garage door which wasn't opening appropriately. Wow! Fantastic job! Fixed a very old door, was quick about it, and pricing was much better than I thought it would be. TO BE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
