"Sent snowblower to Lowe’s in CR for repair. They sent it to Zangerle’s. He returned it to Lowe’s without the key in it. When I picked it up it looked like it was repaired, but no way to start it and get it ready for winter. Neither Lowe’s or Zanderie’s have yet to replace my lost key. Not happy talking to owner on the phone. He hung up on me after telling me to check with Post Office and Lowe’s. Very rude and unpleasant."
