"Had one of their repairmen out to fix our furnace. It took multiple visits because the man had no ability to actually diagnose the issue with furnace, but instead randomly replaced parts until it finally started to work right. He also refused to listen to the specific problems when they were pointed out to him and kept shooting me glares when I was around, presumably because I was wearing a 'face mask' when in actuality I was wearing a neck gaiter because it was subzero outside and I was working in the elements. Truly unprofessional service."
