"You need to upgrade your ATM. 20 minutes to deposit some cash, keeps spitting money back, or money get stuck and doesn't return them. And when you go to talk to the staff, they say they can't do anything about it."

"Passive aggressive staff member decided to act rudely in lieu of explaining a supposive bank policy or provide evidence of a corporate policy to back up said policy. As someone who worked in banking for many years, I was very disappointed with this interaction. This was a simple transaction that could have been a much better experience with a little empathy from the bank representative, instead of becoming instantly argumentative and insulting. This account is not necessarily a representation of the branch as a whole, but this associate was not very professional."
