"The people here are very nice, but the pricing is what gets this company a demotion in rating. If you are planning on having work done with Indoor Comfort, I highly recommend shopping around. I got my furnace replaced this past month and took bids from five contractors in the Eau Claire area. Indoor comfort was $500 above the next closest bid. I was also able to get a more efficient two-stage furnace installed from a different contractor for a full $1,000 less than the single-stage furnace Indoor Comfort proposed to install. One big perk to these folks is they will deduct $200 from your total (for a furnace replacement) if you pay the same day the work is done."
