Great communication, super flexible, most of all, the dogs come back happy and healthy...every single time. Highly recommend and appreciate their care for the dogs."

"This is the best place for my young dog. I get sent photos of my dog playing with his new friends. He always comes home exhausted and very happy. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with his care. They keep in contact with me and send me updates on what he is doing and all his new friends. I will be back each time I need overnight and daycare for my boy!"

"We recently boarded our dog Charlie (female french spaniel), over spring break from 23 March through 1 April. The cost of kenneling was expensive, around $30 a day, but we were in a pinch and needed to find someone last minute. We are INCREDIBLY disappointed with the condition in which our dog was returned to us. Our dog was probably 15 lbs underweight and her blanket we provided was so saturated with urine that we had to through it away, it was so nasty. Having to sleep on this nasty blanket (obviously the kennel did not check the dogs often) resulted in her getting mouth sores and being throughly soaked with urine. I am so glad we only boarded for a week. What an awful place! Do not board your dog here, if you care for their well being at all. Of the 15 cups of food that we provided, in addition to some canned chicken, our dog only ate 2-3 cups over an ENTIRE WEEK! truly, these people do not care for animals, but are happy to take your money. DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE! Terrible care..."

"DO NOT SEND YOUR DOGS TO THIS KENNEL!!! Due to my local kennel being full I boarded my two dogs here for 8 days during Spring Break. First sign that this place was strange was they only take cash in advance and they don't let you into the kennel to see the facilities. I left my Jack Russell Terrier and my 2 year old lab who weighed 68 lbs when I left him, when I picked them up my Jack Russell was a different color due to how dirty she was (not to big a deal, can give her a wash), BUT my lab looked like a bag of bones. He was walking strange, had a bloody nose and literally looked like he was starved. In my car on the drive home, I could tell he had no energy and was skin and bones. I texted Kristin and called her, she only responded via text only and said he had eaten that morning. I took my dog to the vet the very next morning and they confirmed he had lost almost 10 lbs in 8 days!!! Crazy. I understand if my dog might have not been eating or if my Jack Russell was eating his food, but I did not receive a call or text during the stay telling me of a problem. ANY DOG PERSON COULD LOOK AT MY DOG AND TELL SOMETHING WAS WRONG!!! I think another couple days and he'd be dead. Again - WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Stay away at all costs!! If I could give zero stars I would."
