"I called them on July 8 to come up to Hayward and measure my trapezoid windows for replacement on my park model in a campground. He came within a week for the measuring and I received a call about a week later with the estimate for replacement. I accepted the estimate and told them to go ahead and order the windows. They called again last week and said the windows were in and came out today as scheduled to replace the windows. The work was fast and complete. I am very happy with Spooner Window and Door and would definitely recommend them."

"Well, I called them a couple times about my garage door in Nov/Dec. before Christmas 2020. They finally came out and gave me a quote....said it wouldn’t be able to be done till after the holidays. Ok, I’m fine with that. I told them I’d want it done and they said ok, someone will contact you to schedule an appointment ..... it’s March 25, 2021. So I wait till after Easter?"

"Horrible communication, horrible service. Shower door- receptionist didn’t get the right address for worker to come measure shower door. Sat around half the day waiting for someone to show up. Finally showed up after clarifying to receptionist AGAIN the right address. Guy measured and left. Guy called back asked me to remeasure as he isn’t sure what the correct measurement is supposed to be. Delivered a window for them to make another one beginning of June. Called a few times from then til now, October to see if it was done. Was told they are very busy each time. Called again sept 30 Wednesday and receptionist said window frame was bent and they couldn’t fix it. Window frame was not bent- wrong customer/wrong window. She was obviously confused. After getting that mix up fixed, Receptionist said window would be done that Friday- 2 days later. Called today, a week later, to assess progress and was told they can’t get the right metal to fix and it could be the end of the year before they get the right metal. Was also told by another person, Mark Nelson, they can’t get the right track for it and it won’t be able to work properly if they do FIX it. My question is why did they not relay any of this to me before now? 5 months later and 5 months wasted. POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR SERVICE. Will never go back! Vicki Collins"

"Called and asked to speak with Mark Nelson, I used to work with him. I was informed he was busy, I had my friend that was looking to replace 4 double door systems give the girl the information and she would give it to Mark. Ten days later no contact at all, so my friend called, she said Mark was busy and she’d remind him to call. Over 3 weeks and no one has responded, this is why people don’t shop local."
