"HORRIBLE. If you would like to take your pet to an incompetent vet, take them here. Also, they may not be able to get you in because they are "too busy", when it is their fault that your pet needs to return. Surgery site opened up due to incompetent stitching, will not fix their mistake. Will not be returning and will not recommend. ZERO STARS. UPDATE: It has been three weeks since I have heard from this facility, where they reported that the were coming up with resolutions for what had happened to our dog. No response to my follow up emails and no attempt to come up with possible solutions. I would not recommend as they do not take pride in their work and do not want to make any corrections for their mistakes. **A review was also put on their website, but it appears that they delete anything under a 3 star review."
"We transferred vets and brought our two cats in for vaccinations and new patient exams. It was an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and caring. We are so happy we made this decision , we now know our pets are in good hands. Both cats handled it very well, that our older one usually has to go in back to get shots and not this time she stayed in the room with us.. Thank you so much."
