"I've been through several vets over the years, having had cats for decades and one I lovingly called a "lemon" due to her multiple health issues... until I found Dr Mentjes and never looked back. Not only did he save her life when a different vet nearly killed her, but he kept her healthy for several years. He is, by far, the best vet I've taken my cats to. He truly cares about your furry family members (probably the non-furry ones too. He's just that kind of guy) and is always up to date on new procedures, medications, and research. His staff is also amazing, very friendly, and knowledgeable, and the clinic is clean and welcoming. Now that I have a new kitten and he's moved practice to Delafield, I drive 30-40 minutes but never questioned the trip. I'd go even further because he's THAT good. Only the best for my kits and the best is Dr Mentjes."
"There is no vet clinic other than KVVC that I would recommend! My family has known some of the staff for 20+ years from other previous clinics. The staff knows exactly who my dogs are when I come in or call. They are always available to help on quick short notice, or they're able to get my dogs in within a day or 2 max. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable and listen to every concern, and listen to my own thoughts. The staff is truly welcoming each time you walk in the door and treat your pets as their own. I will not go to or trust any other clinic like I do KVVC. Bev, Nicole, Dr. Kate and Dr. David are the best ! Louie, Morty and Norman love them all!"
"We have had such a wonderful experience there. Luke is not a big fan of vets, but Bev and Maggie are two of the best ladies this vet could have. They are also very accommodating at getting you in as quick as possible . I take both of my dogs her, and wouldn’t change vets again ."
"Always daunting to try a new vets office. I can assure you, there’s no reason to be at this vets office. Both vets are amazing! We see Dr Mentjes and couldn’t be happier! Convenient and located on the outskirts of beautiful delafield. The office is open yet comfortable for people and pets. My one year old just was neutered. Such a great experience. Had it done laser for an easier time for my guy. Absolutely zero issues. Can’t say enough nice things about the office and all the personnel that work there. Feels more like the small town family vet you’ve been going to for years."
