"The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They were the only people that we brought our shy cat Lucy to see who she wasn't terrified of. She trusted them and they did so much to help her. Even at the end of her life they accommodated her despite a busy schedule. They were sweet and caring in helping our cat pass. She was comfortable and didn't feel any pain. We could tell she trusted them to give her the best care, even when helping her pass. They made the atmosphere so calm, had great relaxing music, a dim room, and we could barely hear any of the other many guests there at the time. Understanding of our complicated situation, Dr Emily Olund, Sam, and all the rest of the staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable with what was happening. We never felt rushed, and we got to give the goodbye we wanted for our sweet little girl, Lucy."
