"Rick quoted $1200 for roof repairs for material. Once he was given the check for that amount he did not come back to do the work. We requested the materials he bought. It took him over a week to drop the items off. What he dropped off was worth $160. We requested a refund for the rest of the $1200 he was given. Rick stated he would mail a check. It's been over a month and he has yet to send any money."
