"I hired them to power wash and stain my deck in early June. Scott Ostby shows up without a power washer and spends the morning looking for one and finally washes. Same guy said it the deck is too wet to stain multiple times. Office Manager Daniele apologized twice saying she didn't realize the deck was so big and should have sent more then one guy. After three weeks it not getting done, I called again and she claims she never said that and the guy can stain a deck in a day. She finally sent a crew of three guys and it takes them a day to stain the deck. She refused to give me a discount when I asked for one. You can't claim one guy can stain a deck in one day when it took 3 guys to stain my deck in a day. It took over a month for the deck to be stained. She says there is no time table in the contract and I asked her " So you would be OK if this job took over a year to complete?" and she said "Yes.""
