"My pets had terrible hair cuts despite telling the groomer what we were looking for. My pets were literally sheared! UGG. And make sure you check back after booking for overnight stays. They had the wrong week down. BUT there customer service was superb by the owner. I will go back all the other yrs grooming was good. She must have had a bad day! ***UPDATE*** This place really has supurb customer service! We have been back several times and there hair cuts were just how I expected. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE"
"We had our New Foundland washed and brushed. Last minute, I might add. They did such an amazing job!! She was very dirty, knotted and smelly. She looks so great and doesn't smell at all. It was also decently price. I thought it would be way more. It took longer that originally thought but I'd expected that. Definitely going back. Hope she wasn't too much trouble. She's big, srong and excited. Can't thank you enough!!!"
