"Bank hours on here say they are open Saturdays. I called ahead to try and make an appointment and was told I didn’t need one. Drove 2.5 hours to take care of my dads accounts and they were closed. Stayed until Monday to get there right at open, google says 8:30 and door says 9AM, got there and they had a paper sign hidden in the entrance that says 10 AM. I’ve wasted so much time with this bank. Don’t waste yours."

"Town Bank have rude employees on phone. I was hung up on in the middle of asking questions about a lien. My voice was conversational. He just abruptly hung up on me after answering a handful of questions. This prompted me to drive several hours to the branch with the lien. The place looks like a nice local bank with wood tables and nice fixtures but it is primarily controlled by their corporate overlords off site. Bank anywhere else for your own sake."
