"We are existing customers. I drove to the 124th street Wauwatosa branch and asked receptionist for a short meeting with a personal banker to learn what types of accounts and interest rates would fit my needs, and to possibly open another deposit account there. At the time I could see several bankers in their offices. She checked for available bankers and after me waiting there 10 minutes the receptionist said that nobody was available. I stated it would be a short meeting but she said they were all busy working on other things but I could make an appointment (that was not convenient). Is it no longer possible to just stop in a branch and sit down with someone for a few minutes to discuss various account options? I had a pretty big 5-figure check in my purse that I was all ready to deposit with LCU but this branch lost my business and forgot about customer service and that “customer is king.” They won’t be getting my deposit for sure or any future business. Was a total waste of time and gas to get there."

"This location always has horrible customer service. I have used their ATM many times, this time it shorted me by $20. Do they help with the problem, no. Although it is their responsibility they don't care. If you can get to any other credit union you should."

"I’m in the parking lot with a line of people waiting to get in. People aren’t even allowed to wait inside out of the cold. The drive through is closed. No one seems to know what’s going on, and the employees don’t know what the next closest locations are, but they say all of them have a line to get in. They also can’t tell us how long this will go on. Unprofessional of the CU, and people are leaving angry."
