"had 3 separate loans over several years. satisfaction of mortgage was sent in each time by CU to register of deeds. one was not received by county reister of deeds. CU says i need to pay another $30 to copy and send a duplicate of what they sent previously. when i questioned why i would be charged again, young lady said 'we don't do anything for free.' BAD BAD BAD"
