"I have been with this bank for over 19 years and boy has it went downhill. They have lost my deposits and issued replacement cards on wrongs accounts. They could care less that we moved over 10 accounts away from the bank and did not even want to see me in person when we asked to cancel the accounts. I would not suggest using them for any type of account! Other banks are much better and will be happy to see you."

"Cross Plains bank practices unethical banking practices. Without notice they shut my small business loc and bank accounts down, no notice until a day later. Called them and emailed, not once did anyone respond. Understand the business was successful and the not only needed to renewed. It was personally approved by bank Tara Sawyer who I have discovered is not a business banker but someone that worked in credit. Do yourself a favor get out. They are in bad shape.
