"Quite literally the WORST financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. Slimier than a bank, incompetent and God help you if you ever need to speak to someone in your local branch over the phone you will get the run around from a contracted call center. I will say Mary tried very diligently to help me but her hands were tied and when she wasn’t there it was impossible to speak to anyone. Run the other direction. WCCU is an actual credit union with customer service."

"I am a retired lawyer with 30+ years experience. I worked in banks as a teller and proof machine operator while I did my undergrad- no matter where I was in school, there was a bank hiring. As a teller, I was primarily assigned to run a drive through window. Usually worked both jobs at the same time. Both the customer service and the long hours were great training for my ultimate career. I became a Summit customer today at the Baraboo branch. I was wisked in quickly, got a same day meeting with Lending Advisor Schell, who walked me through all of my questions and concerns efficiently and thoroughly. The tellers I spoke with were just as helpful. I went to Summit as a colleage went through Summit's money management competition and has been complimentary. Word of mouth has consequences. Ms. Schell did not know my background. I am more critical than the average customer as a lifelong customer service worker. My experience was wonderful!
